TDS History

The Desert Safari “TDS” was founded in 2011 by two friends, Salman Habib and Mohammed Waqqas Alvi, who had a passion for the desert and a desire to share their love of it with others. The company started out small, offering just a few desert safari tours, using someone else desert camp. However, the brothers’ passion and dedication quickly paid off, and the company soon grew to become one of Dubai’s leading desert tour operators.

In the early years, TDS faced a number of challenges. The desert is a harsh environment, and the company had to invest heavily in vehicles and training of our safari captains to ensure the safety of its guests.

However, TDS overcame these challenges and continued to grow. The company expanded its range of tours, offering morning, evening, and overnight safaris. The company also introduced new activities, such as dune bashing, camel riding, quad biking, dirt biking in Dubai, dune buggy and sandboarding.

In recent years, The Desert Safari has continued to grow and innovate. The company has expanded its operations to other parts of the UAE, and it has also developed a number of new tours, such as a stargazing tour and a Musandum tour.

TDS is now one of the leading desert tour operators in the UAE. The company is committed to providing its guests with unforgettable desert adventures, and it is proud to be a part of the UAE’s tourism industry.
