Terms and Conditions are as follows:

Welcome to the terms and conditions page of Desert Safari Dubai! These terms and conditions apply to your use of our website and our desert safari tour services.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. If we update these terms and conditions, we will post the updated terms and conditions on our website.

The following conditions are set forth to provide an optimal experience and ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests during the desert safari Dubai journey with us:

  1. Licensed Vehicles: All our vehicles, such as 4×4 Toyota Land Cruisers or equivalents, can accommodate a maximum of seven passengers, promoting comfort and security.
  2. Vehicle Amenities: Each vehicle has secure seat belts and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable ride. All other necessities for the journey are provided.
  3. Company Rights: The company reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or government mandates. In such cases, alternatives will be arranged by rescheduling the tour or altering the itinerary.
  4. Child Policy: Our pricing structure applies to children ages 4 and 10. Children under four years of age are welcomed free of charge, Incase if they do not occupy a seat.
  5. Special Events: The evening desert safari and dhow dinner cruise during New Year’s celebrations carry specific rates and details. These will be communicated in advance via our website.
  6. Religious Observance: Please note that certain activities may be restricted during the Holy month of Ramadan and Islamic Public holidays. For more details, you can check our post desert safari during the ramadan
  7. Vehicle Allocation: Depending on the number of clients and their specific requirements, we may utilize a saloon car, a seven-seater, a four-seater, a small bus, or a coach for the tours.

Cancellation Policy​

  1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the tour date. Full refunds will be provided for advance payments.
  2. No-Show: Refunds are not available for no-shows or those who fail to cancel their booking in due time.
  3. Missed Tour: Refunds will not be provided if you miss the tour date and time.
  4. Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel the booking for valid reasons, we will notify you 24 hours before the tour date. A full refund will be issued for any advance payments. We are not responsible and will not provide additional benefits under such circumstances. We may, however, offer to reschedule the service for another date.

Summer Sale Policy​

  1. Voucher Purchase: To benefit from the sale, purchase your voucher before the specified date and redeem it by 15th September 2023.
  2. Holiday Redemptions: Vouchers can also be redeemed during holidays.
  3. Validity: Vouchers are valid until 15th September 2023.
  4. Purchase Limit: A maximum of six vouchers can be purchased per individual.
