The Desert Safari Terms & Conditions

All terms & conditions are as follows:

  1. All vehicles have a license to carry seven passengers. The cars are 4×4 Toyota land cruiser or similar.
  2. Prices apply to children between the ages of 4-10. There are no charges for children under four years who will not be using a seat.
  3. All seats of our vehicles have well-fitted seat belts. There is a facility of an air conditioner in, and all necessary things are available during the journey.
  4. The company reserves the right to cancel part of the whole of the tour in case of any unexpected circumstances like weather, government decisions, etc. The clients shall be accommodated with alternative tour dates or itinerary.
  5. Special rates and details shall apply to the evening desert safari and dhow dinner cruise on New Year’s celebrations. The details of the event will be notified before the clients on our website.
  6. There is the restriction on some of the entertainment activities in the Holy month of Ramadan and during the Islamic Public holidays. Alcohol will not be permitted on such occasions.
  7. A saloon car, a 7-seater or a four-seater with a small bus or coach shall be used on all tours depending on the number of clients and requirements.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you want to cancel your booking for any reason, you have to inform us 24 hours before the tour date to get a 100% refund, if payment made in advance.
  2. In case you do not inform us regarding the cancellation of your booking, there is no option of a refund (no show charge).
  3. If you miss the tour date and time, there is no option of a refund.
  4. If for any genuine reason, we have to cancel the booking, we will inform 24 hours before the tour date. We will refund your payment if made in advance. We do not take any responsibility, and no benefit will be provided in such circumstances. However, we can offer services to another date

Summer Sale Policy

  • Buy the voucher before 15-August-2018, And redeem it upto 15-Septmeber-2018.
  • This Voucher will be redeemed on holidays also.
  • Voucher is valid till 15-September-2018
  • Maximum Voucher purchased by one person is 6.
