Payment & Cancellation Policy

At The Desert Safari Dubai, we value your trust and aim to make every step of your booking process simple and transparent. Please review our payment and cancellation policies carefully before confirming your reservation.

Payment Policy

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

  1. Cash on Pickup
    You can pay the driver in cash upon arrival at your pickup location. No VAT or bank charges apply.

    • AED (UAE Dirham)

    • Saudi Riyal (SAR)

    • US Dollar (USD)

    • British Pound (GBP)

    • Euro (EUR)
      The conversion rate will be applied as per the tour date.

  1. Online Card Payment (via Secure Link)
    You can pay by credit or debit card online through our secure payment link.
    • A 2.5% bank charge applies.
    • No 5% VAT is charged for this payment method.
  2. PayPal Payment
    Payments made via PayPal are accepted.
    • A 5% VAT will be added to PayPal transactions.
  3. Card Payment at the Desert (POS Machine)
    If you prefer, you can pay by card once you arrive at the desert location.
    • This method includes a 5% VAT and a 2.5% bank fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, that’s why our cancellation policy is flexible and fair.

Customer Cancellations

  • 24 hours before tour: Full refund of advance payments.
  • 12 hours before tour: 80% refund.
  • 6 hours before tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 6 hours before tour: No refund.

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up or cancel within the final 6 hours, no refund will be issued.

Missed Tours

  • No refunds apply if you miss your tour’s scheduled time or date without prior notice.

Company Cancellations

  • You’ll be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
  • A full refund will be issued, or
  • You may reschedule your tour to a convenient date.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For bookings made through third-party platforms or travel agents, refunds will follow that provider’s refund policy.

Modifying or Rescheduling a Booking

We know that unexpected changes can happen, so we offer flexible options to adjust your tour plans.

  • You can request to reschedule or modify your booking (for example, change of date or number of guests) at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
  • All modifications are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • No additional fees will be charged for date changes made within the allowed time frame.

Group & Corporate Bookings

For group reservations, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the tour.

  • A 5% VAT applies to all group bookings.
  • Advance payments can be made securely via online link or bank transfer to our official company account.
