Welcome to The Desert Safari Dubai. By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be reflected on this page.
Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for every guest.

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

Licensed & Safe Vehicles

All our safari vehicles (Toyota Land Cruisers or similar 4×4 models) are fully licensed and maintained to the highest safety standards.
Each vehicle seats up to 6 passengers and is equipped with:

  • Seat belts
  • Air conditioning
  • Professional safari-certified drivers

Vehicle Features & Amenities

To ensure your comfort during the tour, each vehicle includes essential travel amenities. Water is provided, and additional services may vary based on the tour type.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the tour due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Government regulations
  • Safety concerns
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If changes occur, we will offer suitable alternatives such as a new date or an adjusted itinerary.

Child Policy

  • Children 4–10 years are charged according to child pricing.
  • Children under 4 years are free of charge if they share a seat with an accompanying adult.
  • For safety, please inform us in advance if you need a baby or booster seat.

Special Event Pricing

During peak occasions (e.g., New Year’s Eve), certain tours including Evening Desert Safari and Dhow Dinner Cruises, may have special rates and additional terms. These will be shared in advance on our website.

Ramadan & Public Holidays

Activities such as belly dance and serving alcohol may be restricted during:

  • The Holy Month of Ramadan
  • Islamic public holidays

Vehicle Allocation

Depending on group size and logistics, transportation may vary. We may provide:

  • Saloon cars
  • 7-seaters
  • 4×4 vehicles
  • Mini buses
  • Coaches

Vehicle type is assigned based on availability and operational requirements.

Summer Sale Policy

  • Voucher Purchase: Must be purchased before the promotion end date.
  • Voucher Redemption: Valid for redemption until 15 September 2026.
  • Holiday Use: Can be redeemed during holiday seasons.
  • Purchase Limit: Up to 6 vouchers per customer.
